Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using DYNX24 as a personal and family financial organization service.

Effective date: October 13, 2026
01

Agreement and scope

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using DYNX24, you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DYNX24 is a consumer product for personal and family financial organization. It is not offered as a business treasury, accounting, payroll, or enterprise service. The initial commercial market is the United States.

02

Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to open and administer an account.
  • DYNX24 accounts and family-space access are not offered to anyone under 18. An adult may record household information about dependents when authorized to do so, but that does not create an account for the dependent.
  • Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
03

What DYNX24 provides

DYNX24 brings together budgeting, bills, debt planning, goals, financial visualizations, family collaboration, an AI-assisted experience, and optional read-only bank synchronization. Calculations, projections, alerts, categorizations, and detected patterns depend on the information available and may require your review.

We may improve, replace, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider compatibility, or product quality. We will provide notice when a material change significantly affects paid use and notice is reasonably possible.

04

Family spaces, invitations, and roles

The Family plan allows members of a family to collaborate in a shared financial space. Depending on the assigned role, an owner, administrator, or member may view or change shared financial information. Review the role shown before accepting an invitation or granting access.

  • Only invite people you trust and verify the recipient before sharing an invitation link.
  • Owners and administrators are responsible for managing membership, permissions, connected accounts, and billing actions available to their role.
  • Information added to a family space is visible to authorized members of that space; do not add another person’s information without permission or another lawful basis.
  • Leaving a shared space removes your access but does not automatically delete information that belongs to that space or is needed by its remaining members.
05

Bank connections and local imports

Optional bank synchronization is provided through Plaid on a read-only basis. DYNX24 does not use this connection to initiate transfers, withdraw funds, or move money. Availability depends on the institution and Plaid.

Statement and U.S. credit-report imports are initiated by you and parsed locally on your device. The original files and raw report text are not uploaded to DYNX24. Only the transactions or normalized debt fields you review and choose to save are sent to the DYNX24 backend.

06

Financial assistant and AI

The financial assistant may use the OpenAI API to explain a bounded, aggregated view of your DYNX24 information. Requests do not include bank credentials or raw credit-report files, and the API request uses store: false. When AI is unavailable or usage limits are reached, DYNX24 may provide deterministic calculations instead.

AI output may be incomplete or wrong. It is educational support, not financial, investment, tax, accounting, credit-repair, or legal advice. Verify important information and consult a qualified professional for decisions with material consequences.

07

Trial, subscriptions, and payment channels

Eligible spaces may receive one seven-day free trial. The Individual and Family plans, billing interval, price, taxes, renewal terms, and trial conversion details are shown before you confirm a purchase.

  • Website purchases are processed by Stripe.
  • In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • A Family entitlement is shared with authorized members of the same financial space; only a permitted owner or administrator may manage it.
  • Recurring subscriptions renew through the original payment channel until canceled under the terms presented at checkout.
08

Cancellation, refunds, and account deletion

Cancel through the channel used to subscribe: the Stripe billing portal for a website purchase, Apple subscription settings for an iOS purchase, or Google Play subscription settings for an Android purchase. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the current trial or paid period, as shown by the payment provider.

Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the rules of the original payment channel. Deleting the DYNX24 account does not, by itself, cancel an active subscription with Stripe, Apple, or Google. Resolve active billing before requesting deletion.

09

Acceptable use

  • Do not access another person’s account or data without authorization.
  • Do not use DYNX24 for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, or infringement of another person’s rights.
  • Do not interfere with security, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, distribute malware, overload the service, or bypass access and usage limits.
  • Do not resell, scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or create a competing dataset from the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
10

Financial information and no advice

DYNX24 is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, investment adviser, broker, tax preparer, or fiduciary. It does not hold funds, execute transactions, repair credit, or guarantee financial results. Projections are estimates based on recorded information and assumptions; actual fees, interest, taxes, returns, due dates, and balances may differ.

You are solely responsible for payments, account decisions, and compliance with agreements you have with financial institutions and other third parties.

11

Third-party services

Supabase supports authentication and cloud data services; Plaid supports optional bank connectivity; OpenAI supports the optional AI experience; Stripe, Apple, and Google process purchases in their respective channels. Their services are also governed by their own terms and privacy notices. DYNX24 is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or an institution’s availability.

12

Ownership and license

DYNX24 and its product content, branding, interfaces, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the service for household purposes.

You retain rights in information you provide. You authorize DYNX24 to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

13

Availability, suspension, and responsibility

We work to keep DYNX24 available and accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, prevent misuse, comply with law, resolve nonpayment, or address a security risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DYNX24 is provided “as is” and without warranties not expressly stated here. Any limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer law; nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

14

Changes, applicable law, and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. The updated version will show a new effective date, and material changes will be communicated when required. Your consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

DYNX24 is operated by MATLIM HOLDING CORP, a Florida corporation, at 9100 Conroy Windermere Road, Suite 200, Windermere, Florida 34786, United States. These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, disputes relating to these terms or the service will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Questions about these terms may be sent to contact@dynx24.com.
