Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal information DYNX24 processes, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Effective date: October 13, 2026
01

Scope and principles

This policy applies to the DYNX24 consumer website, web experience, and mobile applications operated by MATLIM HOLDING CORP, a Florida corporation. DYNX24 is initially designed for users in the United States and processes information to provide personal and family financial organization.

We aim to collect only what is needed for the service, limit sensitive data flows, keep original financial import files on the device, and avoid selling personal information or using it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

02

Information we process

  • Account and profile data, such as name, email address, preferred language, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
  • Financial data you add or choose to synchronize, such as accounts, balances, transactions, bills, categories, budgets, cards, goals, debts, and projections.
  • Family-space data, including invitations, membership, assigned roles, shared settings, and activity within the shared space.
  • Subscription data, including plan, trial and entitlement status, billing interval, payment channel, and provider identifiers. DYNX24 does not need your full payment-card number from Stripe, Apple, or Google.
  • Technical and security data, such as device or browser details, session information, request status, timestamps, error data, and limited operational logs.
  • Messages and information you choose to provide when contacting support.
03

Where information comes from

Information may come directly from you, from another authorized member of your family space, from a local file you choose to import, from Plaid and connected financial institutions after your authorization, from a payment provider, or automatically from your use of the service.

04

How we use information

  • Create and secure your account, synchronize authorized data, and maintain your selected financial space.
  • Provide budgets, bills, debt plans, goals, alerts, charts, calculations, family collaboration, and support.
  • Connect read-only financial accounts and reconcile new information with existing records.
  • Process purchases, trials, subscription access, cancellations, and billing support.
  • Detect fraud, misuse, duplicate activity, service errors, and security threats.
  • Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
05

Family sharing

Financial information in a family space is shared with authorized members according to their roles. Owners and administrators can manage broader aspects of the space than ordinary members. DYNX24 applies membership-based access controls, but you decide whom to invite and what information to place in a shared space.

06

Plaid and bank information

When you choose automatic bank synchronization, Plaid connects the selected institution on a read-only basis and supplies authorized account and transaction information. DYNX24 stores the resulting financial records and keeps provider access tokens encrypted on the server; it does not expose those tokens to the browser or mobile app.

The connection cannot be used by DYNX24 to move money. Plaid and your financial institution process information under their own privacy notices. You may ask to disconnect a connection through available account controls or by contacting us.

07

Local statement and credit-report imports

Statement files and U.S. credit-report files you select are parsed on your device. DYNX24 does not upload or store the original file, raw report text, consumer name, Social Security number, address, or full account number from a credit report.

If you decide to save results, only selected transaction data or allowlisted normalized debt fields—such as creditor, debt type, balance, currency, optional last four digits, interest rate, minimum payment, confidence, and a normalized fingerprint—are sent to the backend.

08

OpenAI and the financial assistant

The optional assistant sends a bounded, aggregated evidence package to the OpenAI API. It does not send bank credentials or original credit-report files. DYNX24 requests store: false for these API calls.

DYNX24 internal assistant telemetry is designed to record usage count, tokens, estimated cost, latency, and outcome—not the user’s question, the answer, prompt content, or evidence content. OpenAI may independently process limited data for safety and abuse monitoring under its applicable business/API terms.

09

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the service, complete a transaction you request, protect users, or comply with law. Current product providers include:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, realtime synchronization, and server functions.
  • Plaid for optional read-only financial connectivity.
  • OpenAI for the optional financial assistant under the limits described above.
  • Stripe for website billing, and Apple or Google for in-app purchases.

We may also disclose information in response to valid legal process, to prevent harm or fraud, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required.

10

Payments

Stripe processes website payments. Apple processes iOS in-app purchases and Google processes Android in-app purchases. DYNX24 receives identifiers and status information needed to recognize the subscription and provide access; the payment provider handles payment credentials under its own privacy terms.

11

Retention and security

We retain information according to the Data Retention Policy and only while it is needed for the account, shared space, subscription, security, support, legal, or accounting purpose involved. Different rules apply to local files, synchronized financial data, billing records, logs, and backups.

DYNX24 uses technical and organizational safeguards designed for the sensitivity of financial data, including authenticated access, row-level authorization, encrypted provider credentials, restricted privileged operations, and transport protections. No system can guarantee absolute security.

12

Your choices and privacy rights

  • Review and update available profile and financial information in the product.
  • Choose whether to connect a bank, use local imports, join a family space, or use the optional assistant.
  • Disconnect a financial connection and remove information through available controls or support.
  • Request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy where required by applicable law.
  • Appeal a denied privacy request where state law provides that right.

To protect your information, we may verify your identity and authority over the relevant account or family space. Authorized-agent requests may require proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

13

Children and teenagers

DYNX24 is not directed to anyone under 18, and minors may not create an account or receive family-space access. An adult may enter household information about dependents when authorized to do so. If we learn that a minor created an account, we will take reasonable steps to close it and delete the associated personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.

14

Location, changes, and contact

DYNX24 initially serves the United States. Providers may process information in the United States and other places where they operate, subject to their contracts and applicable safeguards.

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes. The current version will show its effective date, and material changes will be communicated where required.
