Two ways to start deletion
- 1Use the app
Sign in, open My account under account and security, choose Delete my account, and confirm the permanent action. If the deletion does not complete, use the email option below so support can verify and process the request.
- 2Use email at any time
Write to contact@dynx24.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject “Delete my DYNX24 account.”
Do not send a password, bank credential, Social Security number, full account number, or credit-report file. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account.
Before deleting
- Cancel an active subscription through the original channel: Stripe for the website, Apple for iOS, or Google Play for Android. Account deletion alone does not cancel provider billing.
- Resolve any open checkout or active entitlement. The service may block deletion of a financial space while billing is active to prevent charges from continuing without a manageable account.
- Disconnect read-only bank connections or include the request in your email so provider access credentials can be revoked and removed.
- If you own a family space, review its members and shared records. You may need to complete an ownership or space-closure step before deletion.
- Save any information you want to keep. Deletion is designed to be permanent and cannot be undone after completion.
What the request covers
After verification and resolution of required billing or shared-space steps, the deletion process is intended to remove the authentication account, personal profile, memberships, device tokens, and synchronized personal records that are eligible for deletion. An eligible owned space and its dependent financial data are removed together.
Encrypted Plaid access credentials managed by DYNX24 are revoked or removed as part of the applicable disconnection or closure process. The raw statement and credit-report files do not need server deletion because DYNX24 does not upload or store them.
What may remain
- Shared financial-space records that belong to a space you do not own and remain necessary to its other authorized members. Your access is removed.
- Limited billing, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, security, consent, or dispute records where retention is required or reasonably necessary.
- Purchase records independently retained by Stripe, Apple, Google, or another provider under its own legal duties and policies.
- Encrypted backup copies until they expire through the infrastructure provider’s limited rotation; they are not available for ordinary product use.
- Files or local-only app data that remain on your devices or in locations you control.
Local-only data
Cloud-account deletion covers synchronized DYNX24 data. If you used local mode or kept imported files on a device, remove the application data using the device’s storage controls. Deleting a cloud account cannot erase a file saved elsewhere by you.
Family spaces
If you are a member of another person’s family space, deletion ends your membership but does not erase the shared household’s records. If you own the space, contact support when other members, an active subscription, or an open checkout prevents immediate closure. We will explain the required ownership and billing steps.
Verification and completion
We verify deletion requests to protect against unauthorized removal. We respond to a verified request within 45 days of receipt, or earlier when applicable law requires. If additional time is legally permitted and reasonably necessary, we will notify you within the initial period, explain the reason, and provide a revised timeline. When applicable law provides an appeal, the decision will explain how to submit it.
Need help?
Include the email address used for your account and briefly state whether you can still sign in, whether you have an active subscription, and whether you own a family space. Do not include financial documents or credentials.
Send the deletion request or a question to contact@dynx24.com.
